"Good for the price, but Nakto should tighten a few things up"
For what I paid, the Nakto bike is decent. It gets me around fine on shorter rides, and it’s definitely cheaper than a lot of other e-bikes out there. That said, a few parts feel basic, and the setup took longer than it really should have. I don’t expect luxury at this price, but I do think the company should be more accountable about making assembly clearer and making sure the fit and finish are better. Overall, it’s not a bad deal, just go in with realistic expectations
"Charges faster than expected"
It charged up way quicker than I thought it would. Got to a full battery in just a few hours and I haven’t had any issues so far. I just wish getting everything set up didn’t take as much effort as it did, but once it was going, it worked fine.

I ordered from nakto.com, and I was kind of expecting the instructions to be confusing or leave out some annoying little detail, because that happens a lot with bike stuff. But these were actually easy to follow, and I didn’t feel like I had to guess my way through it.
I’m not super handy with bikes, so I went slowly and double-checked each step. There were a few moments where I was waiting for something to be unclear, but it stayed straightforward and didn’t turn into a frustrating setup.
Overall, it was a good experience. Nothing fancy, but it was simple, clear, and didn’t give me the headache I was expecting

I needed a few replacement parts, but none of them were in stock. It ended up turning into extra work just trying to track down what I needed, which was frustrating

It works fine for the most part, so I can’t say it’s bad, but the throttle response is kind of inconsistent. Sometimes it feels okay, and other times there’s more lag than I expected, which gets annoying after a while...

I was surprised by how light it is. To be fair, I was expecting it to feel a bit heavier, but it’s easy to lift and move around, which is a nice plus.

I bought a Nakto bike and it’s been fine for quick short rides, but overall the handling feels heavy to me. Once I get up to higher speeds, it starts to wobble a bit and I don’t feel as stable as I expected. Customer support hasn’t really been the issue, but I’m a little frustrated because I’m not sure what the next steps are supposed to be. Am I supposed to adjust something, take it somewhere, or just live with it? For something I hoped to use daily, I expected a smoother and more secure ride

I’m just going to say it: the battery doesn’t last anywhere near as long as they claim, at least not in my experience. I’m not doing anything unusual with it either, so I don’t think it’s fair to blame my usage. It dies way too fast, and I barely get the advertised range...

"Warranty support was honestly ridiculous"
I had a problem with my bike and tried to go through the warranty process, but the whole thing was a letdown. Support took forever to respond, kept asking me for the same information over and over, and in the end, nothing really got fixed. It felt like they were just dragging it out until I gave up, which is ridiculous. Definitely not happy with how they handled it.

I ordered from nakto.com and overall the frame fit worked out well for me. I am 5'7, and the bike felt like a good size, not too tall and not cramped. The step-through frame is also really nice because getting on and off is easy.
The only thing I would say is the sizing info could be clearer. I had to compare the details a few times before I felt comfortable ordering. Once I adjusted the seat and handlebars, it felt much better. Overall, it ended up being a good fit for me.

"Support was helpful when my bike wouldn’t turn on"
When I think back on it, the support experience was decent overall. My bike wouldn’t turn on after charging, so I reached out to nakto support. They got back to me the next day and walked me through a few things to check. It did take a bit of back and forth before we figured out what was wrong, but they ended up sending me the part I needed. Not the fastest process I’ve ever had, but from what I remember, they were helpful, patient, and easy to deal with.

"Customer service takes forever to respond"
I reached out to nakto.com about a problem with my order, it felt like I was just waiting around forever for someone to get back to me. I get that companies get busy, but the lack of clear updates was really annoying.
When they finally did reply, it didn’t seem like they actually read what I wrote. It was one of those vague “we’ll look into it” type responses with no real timeline or useful information, so I had to explain the issue all over again.
I wouldn’t say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had, but the customer service was slow and frustrating. If they’re going to promise help, they need to be clearer and actually follow through. I probably wouldn’t order again unless that improves.

"Surprisingly Decent Power, Who Knew"
The motor on my nakto bike has more push than I expected. It handles small hills well and doesn’t act like it’s fighting for its life, which is always nice. For daily rides, it feels strong enough and hasn’t really struggled much so far. I’ll admit, I’m happy with it.

I was really hoping this would handle my hill better, especially for what I paid, but it barely makes it up. It’s fine on flatter areas, but if you’ve got any decent incline, I’d probably look at other options before spending the money.

"Started noticing the battery fade fast"
At first the battery seemed fine, but after a few months I started noticing the same pattern every time I used it: charge it up, take it out for a normal ride, and the battery would drop way faster than expected. For something I use for daily rides, that got frustrating. I really thought it would hold up better...
